If there are any OHS problems at work

First, report any safety issues to your supervisor, manager or employer. They have a duty of care to ensure the workplace is safe for all employees.

If the reported problems aren't fixed, you might need to contact your union rep, your employee OH&S rep, your union, or WorkCover NSW - - The NSW Government organisation responsible for enforcing Occupational Health and Safety law.
